Marvin Clifford

Marvin Clifford is a comic artist and illustrator. He studied graphic design at the BTK Academy for Communication Design and worked as a freelance artist in the comic and computer game sectors. He became known for designing and co-developing the webcomic series “Shakes & Fidget” and its browser game adaptation. As a lecturer, he taught comics, cartoons and storyboarding at WannseeFORUM Berlin and the BTK Academy. His autobiographical webcomic “Schisslaweng” received the Max and Moritz Audience Award in 2014 and the Golden Garden Gnome award from Comicgarten Leipzig in 2015. He also published “Mittenmang” in the Berliner Tagesspiegel, created the fan comic “Wood League Warriors” and contributed to the character design of the adventure game “The Book of Unwritten Tales 2”.
