Martin Heider

Martin Heider worked for more than ten years in agile product development across a range of industries and roles. As an independent agile coach and trainer, he supported organizations, teams, and individuals. He was a co-creator of several community initiatives, including Agile Coach Camp, Play4Agile, Coach Reflection Day, and Agile Monday in Nuremberg. In 2014, he co-founded Germany’s first part-time Scrum Master training program.
