Martha C Nussbaum

Martha C. Nussbaum is a philosopher. She was a professor of law and ethics at the University of Chicago and taught at numerous universities in North America and Europe. Her work has earned her more than thirty honorary doctorates. In 2009, she received the A.SK Social Science Award from the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, one of the world’s most highly endowed social science awards.
