Marlene Knigge is a business information systems specialist. She worked as a senior consultant in business intelligence and pursued a doctorate at the Technical University of Munich’s Chair of Information Systems, headed by Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar. From 2007 onward, she regularly taught at various universities. Between 2014 and 2018, she was responsible at the SAP University Competence Center in Munich for developing teaching materials and case studies for higher-education institutions in the EMEA region, covering areas including ERP, business intelligence, and analytics.
