Mark James Ford is a photographer with a doctorate whose work focuses on landscape and nature photography. His often abstract images explore the interplay of colors, forms, and structures. After several years of working with film and medium-format cameras, he turned to digital photography, inspired by the characteristics of Sigma’s Foveon direct image sensor. From January 2015, Ford served as a reference photographer for Sigma Germany. His work has been published in books and magazines and presented in exhibitions.
