Mark Greif

Mark Greif, born in 1975, studied history and literature at Harvard, Oxford, and Yale and earned a doctorate in American studies. He taught literary studies at Eugene Lang College of The New School in New York. Greif was a co-founder of the literary magazine n+1 and wrote essays for it on sociological and political topics. Together with his fellow editors, he published the anthology *Ein Schritt weiter* (n+1) with Suhrkamp Verlag.
