Mark Gevisser

Mark Gevisser, born in Johannesburg in 1964, is a journalist, nonfiction author and screenwriter. He has contributed to international newspapers and magazines, including The Guardian and The New York Times. In 2008, he received the Alan Paton Award for his biography of former South African president Thabo Mbeki.
