Marjorie Liu

Marjorie Liu is an American novelist and comic-book writer. She primarily wrote fantasy stories combining action and romance, often featuring strong women with supernatural abilities. For Marvel, she wrote the final 21 volumes of the comic series “Astonishing X-Men.” Volume 52, which depicted the wedding of the characters Northstar and Kyle, earned her a nomination for a GLAAD Media Award. Her multiple-award-winning works include the graphic novel series “Monstress.”
