Mariachiara di Giorgio

Mariachiara Di Giorgio was born in Rome in 1983. She studied illustration at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome and at the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. She worked as a storyboard artist and concept designer for film and advertising before moving into publishing in 2012. Her work was exhibited in 2015 and 2016 as part of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair and in the 58th annual exhibition of the Society of Illustrators in New York.
