Margit Proebst

Margit Proebst is a German cookbook author. She studied art history and philosophy in Munich, ran a small catering service alongside her studies, and worked as a food stylist. She wrote several cookbooks, including “Zart und saftig bei 80°,” “Sandwich & Toast,” “Brunch & Breakfast,” and “Möhre liebt Schnitzel,” and edited “Unser Kochbuch Nr. 1.” Her interest in both art and cuisine is also reflected in her engagement with recipes and cookbooks from Italy, Spain, and France.
