Margarita Carrillo Arronte

Margarita Carrillo Arronte is a Mexican chef and restaurateur. Over several decades, she promoted traditional Mexican cuisine internationally. She lectured at institutions including the Culinary Institute of America and Le Cordon Bleu, hosted several food shows on Mexico’s El Gourmet channel, and authored multiple cookbooks. Her best-known works include “Mexico: The Cookbook.” She also represented Mexico at the G20 summit in Los Cabos.
