Manuela Inusa

Manuela Inusa was born in Hamburg in 1981 and trained as a foreign-language correspondent. She had wanted to become an author since childhood and, after initial self-publishing successes, turned to writing full-time shortly before her thirtieth birthday. Her breakthrough came with the Valerie Lane series. Her series California Dreams and Lake Paradise also reached the SPIEGEL bestseller list. Inusa has published both contemporary fiction for adults and novels for young readers; Tomorrow and Forever After was her first young adult novel. Her books have been translated into several languages.
