Mahi Binebine

Mahi Binebine, born in Marrakesh, Morocco, in 1959, is a Moroccan writer and painter. He studied mathematics in Paris and initially worked as a teacher before turning to literature and painting. His literary work has been translated into several languages and has received, among other distinctions, the Prix de l’Amitié Franco-Arabe.
