Madita Tietgen

Madita Tietgen was born in Munich in 1995, the youngest of six siblings. After completing secondary school, she studied cultural journalism and worked for several years as an editor at a communications agency in Munich. She began writing in summer 2021 and has published novels through both self-publishing and traditional publishers since 2022. In November 2023, tolino media named her Self-Publisher of the Month. Her novel “Mittsommerbriefe” was shortlisted for the tolino media Newcomer Award in 2024. “Ask Me Why” is her New Adult debut.
