Madeleine Becker

Madeleine Becker was born in 1992 in Speyer, Rhineland-Palatinate, and grew up near Cologne from the age of six. She studied history, politics and communication studies in Jena. From 2019 onward, she worked on a farm in Austria. Describing herself as a “cow whisperer,” she draws on her experiences in her books “Erstmal für immer. Vom Hörsaal in den Kuhstall” and “Hin und weg. (Über)Leben auf dem Bauernhof – zwischen Kühen, Krisen und Kohlrabi”.
