Lucy Kissick

Lucy Kissick earned a doctorate in planetary chemistry from the University of Oxford and worked as a nuclear chemist in nuclear research and the atomic industry. She wrote her science-fiction debut novel, *Projekt Pluto*, while completing her doctoral research. As part of that work, she recreated lakes on Mars in the laboratory to investigate the planet’s atmosphere more closely.
