Lou Berney

Lou Berney was an Edgar Award-winning American author. His novels included Gutshot Straight (2010), Whiplash River (2012), and The Long and Faraway Gone (2015). His short stories appeared in publications including The New Yorker and Ploughshares. Berney also wrote screenplays and television pilots for companies including Warner Bros., Paramount, Focus Features, ABC, and Fox.
