Lisa Nieschlag

Lisa Nieschlag is a graphic designer, cookbook author, food blogger, and food photographer. Together with Lars Wentrup, she founded and ran the award-winning design agency Nieschlag + Wentrup in Münster for more than 20 years. She published more than 20 cookbooks, also contributing their food styling and photography. Among her best-known works is New York Christmas, which remained on bestseller lists for several years. She also ran the award-winning food blog Liz & Friends (lizandfriends.de).
