Lina Wolff

Lina Wolff (born 1973 in southern Sweden) is a Swedish writer and translator. She lived for extended periods in Italy and Spain. Her debut novel, “Bret Easton Ellis and the Other Dogs,” received the literary prize awarded by the magazine Vi. Her second novel, “The Polyglot Lovers,” won the 2016 August Prize, one of Sweden’s most important literary awards. As a translator, Wolff translated works by authors including Samanta Schweblin, Roberto Bolaño, and Gabriel García Márquez into Swedish.
