Lilian Streblow

Lilian Streblow holds a doctorate and worked as a researcher at Bielefeld School of Education (BiSEd). There, she headed the areas of competence development, quality assurance and research support and served as deputy head of the Bielefeld project within the framework of the German Quality Offensive in Teacher Education (BiProfessional). Her research focuses include student teachers’ observation and reflection skills, the professional interests of prospective teachers, and the development of approaches to foster school students’ reading motivation.
