Letitia Clark

Letitia Clark is a food writer, illustrator and cook. She holds a master’s degree in English literature and a diploma from London’s Leiths School of Food & Wine. She subsequently worked in several renowned London restaurants, including Spring, Morito and The Dock Kitchen. Her cookbooks published in German include Isola Sarda, La Vita è Dolce and Wilde Feigen & Fenchel.
