Leonid Volkov (born 1980) is a Russian politician and political strategist. In 2009, he was elected to the City Duma of Yekaterinburg for a four-year term. In 2013, he managed Alexei Navalny’s campaign for the Moscow mayoral election; in 2018, he served as chief of staff for Navalny’s presidential campaign. From 2019, Volkov worked for Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation. In 2023, he received the 58th Theodor Heuss Prize from the Theodor Heuss Foundation.
