Lea Wedewardt

Lea Wedewardt holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in practice-based educational research. She worked in quality management for early childhood education centres and taught at a training college for educators. Together with Kathrin Hohmann, she founded the Bo-Akademie. As an author and trainer, and through her blog “Bedürfnisorientierte Kinderbetreuung” and podcast “Der Kita Podcast,” she has addressed mindful, non-violent and needs-oriented approaches to education.
