Lea-Lina Oppermann

Lea-Lina Oppermann was born in Berlin in 1998 and grew up in Hennef, Germany. She wrote her debut novel, *Was wir dachten, was wir taten*, while still at school. The book received the Hans-im-Glück Prize and the Wi(e)derworte Prize of the city of Monheim am Rhein. Oppermann also spent four years at a state university of music and performing arts.
