Laurence Rees

Laurence Rees is a British director and producer of historical documentaries. He made series for the BBC that reached a large international audience. His notable works include “The Nazis: A Warning from History” and “Hitler’s War in the East,” both of which were also published as books in German. Rees researched his book “Auschwitz” for more than 15 years.
