Lauren Beukes

Lauren Beukes was born in 1976 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She worked as an author and journalist and wrote novels, graphic novels and screenplays. Her best-known novels include “Moxyland,” “Zoo City,” “The Shining Girls” and “Broken Monsters.” Her work received the Arthur C. Clarke Award.
