Laura Bednarski (born 1992) grew up in Germany’s Ruhr region and studied design and illustration at Münster University of Applied Sciences and HAW Hamburg. She completed her master’s degree there in 2020. As a freelance illustrator and designer, she specialized in books and products for children. Her work includes picture books and children’s books; *A Garden for Everyone* was her first picture-book publication.
