Lani Kingston

Lani Kingston is an author whose books focus on coffee, food and drink. She studied food science or food studies and education, and trained as a barista and pastry chef. She also worked as a consultant in the food and beverage industry. Her coffee books include Spill the Beans and In 80 Kaffees um die Welt.
