Kyra Waldner

Kyra Waldner (born 1978) is a scholar of Romance and Scandinavian studies. From 2010 onward, she worked as a research associate at the Wienbibliothek im Rathaus, particularly in the fields of manuscripts, music collections, and estates. Her exhibitions and publications focused on private handwritten address books and inscribed photographs. Her publications include “Es ist Frühling und ich lebe noch” (2014) and, co-authored with Tanja Gausterer, “Wiener Salondame? Ein Alptraum!” (2022).
