Kwame Mbalia

Kwame Mbalia is a writer, New York Times bestselling author, and former pharmaceutical metrology technician. He graduated from Howard University. His debut novel, “Mythenweber,” received a Coretta Scott King Honor Award; the novel and its sequel appeared on the New York Times bestseller list. Mbalia is also the author of the acclaimed Tristan Strong series and editor of the anthology Black Boy Joy, which reached number one on the New York Times bestseller list. He has also worked as a publisher.
