Kristen R. Ghodsee

Kristen R. Ghodsee, born in 1970, is a scholar of Russian and Eastern European studies who has worked as a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Her publications include “Why Women Have Better Sex Under Socialism” (2019), which was translated into fourteen languages, and “Everyday Utopia: What 2,000 Years of Wild Experiments Can Teach Us About the Good Life” (2023), published in German by Suhrkamp Verlag.
