Kon Karapanagiotidis

Kon Karapanagiotidis is a human rights lawyer who founded the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre in Australia, an organisation supporting refugees and asylum seekers. He wrote his first cookbook together with his mother, Sia. The book explored his Greek roots and shared the traditions of Greek hospitality.
