Kirstin Valdez Quade

Kirstin Valdez Quade is an author best known for her short-story collection “Night at the Fiestas,” which received numerous awards. Her writing, often focused on the lives of Latino families in the American Southwest, has appeared in publications including The New Yorker and The New York Times. Valdez Quade has taught creative writing at Stanford University.
