Kirsten Dierolf, M.A., MCC and MASFP, is a coach and the founder of SolutionsAcademy, an International Coaching Federation-accredited coaching academy. She worked as a coach for executives and teams and developed global leadership programs for international corporations. From 2001 to 2007, she translated workshops by Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer, through which she learned the solution-focused approach. In 2008, Dierolf helped found “InterAction,” a peer-reviewed journal devoted to solution-focused work in organizations, and edited it until 2016. She wrote “Solution Focused Team Coaching,” co-authored “The Solutions Tango” and “Coaching Plain and Simple,” and edited “Solution Focused Practice around the World.”
