Kilian Bizer, born in 1966, is an economist. His professional positions have included a professorship in economic policy and research on small and medium-sized enterprises at the University of Göttingen, work as a research associate at the Public Finance Research Institute of the University of Cologne, and membership in the Research Group on Institutional Analysis (sofia) in Darmstadt. His work has addressed the economic analysis of law, institutional economics, environmental economics, and municipal finance.
