Kevin Major

Kevin Major was born in 1949 in Stephenville, Newfoundland, Canada. The Canadian author has published, among other works, the novel *Caribou* (2020). His Sebastian Synard crime series began with *One for the Rock*. Several of his works have been adapted for film and the stage and translated into other languages. In 1992, Major received the Vicky Metcalf Award.
