Katja Ebstein

Katja Ebstein is a German singer, actress, and stage performer. She represented Germany three times at the Eurovision Song Contest. Her best-known songs include “Wunder gibt es immer wieder,” “Theater, Theater,” and “Abschied ist ein bisschen wie Sterben,” which became enduring classics. From the 1980s onward, she increasingly worked in acting, musical theatre, and literary stage programmes. She also performed recitation concerts featuring works by Bertolt Brecht and Heinrich Heine.
