Julian Aguon

Julian Aguon is an Indigenous human rights lawyer and author from Guam. He founded Blue Ocean Law, a law firm working at the intersection of Indigenous rights and climate justice. His legal and literary work addresses the liberation of Pacific peoples from colonial rule, the protection of sacred sites, and the redress of historical injustices, including nuclear testing, medical experimentation, unlawful resource extraction, and the effects of climate change.
