Julia Hoersch

Julia Hoersch is a photographer. She developed an enthusiasm for photography during her youth and studied at the Folkwang School in Essen. She subsequently worked for more than 25 years as a freelance photographer for magazines, agencies, and book publishers, primarily in the food and interior-design fields. Her credits include publications such as *Essen & Trinken*, *Der Feinschmecker*, *Living at Home*, *Stern*, *Barbara*, and *Schöner Wohnen Styling*. Her photographs have also appeared in numerous cookbooks published by companies including Gräfe und Unzer, ZS, EMF, and Hölker Verlag.
