Jule Ronstedt, born in Munich in 1971, trained at the Neue Münchner Schauspielschule from 1991 to 1994. From 1994, she appeared in the television series »Aus heiterem Himmel« and performed at the Münchner Kammerspiele and the Berliner Ensemble. In 1997, she received the Max Ophüls Award for Best Actress for her role in »Bandagistenglück«. Her film and television work includes »Wer früher stirbt, ist länger tot«, »Polizeiruf 110«, »Die Rosenheim-Cops« and »Nanga Parbat«. In addition to acting, she worked as a director and screenwriter. Her literary debut was »Menomorphosen«.
