Josephine W. Johnson (1910–1990) was a writer. At the age of 24, she received the Pulitzer Prize for her debut novel, “The November Sisters,” becoming the youngest recipient of the award at that time. She studied at Washington University and published a total of eleven books, including the bestseller “The Inland Island” (1969).
