Jonas Cramby

Jonas Cramby worked as a journalist, food blogger and restaurant critic, and wrote cookbooks. His works include *Americana*, which grew out of ten years of work and a lifelong passion for American food and pop culture. He wrote eight acclaimed cookbooks in total, which were translated into twelve languages. In 2009, he was named “Chronist of the Year.”
