Jokha Alharthi

Jokha Alharthi (born 1978) is a writer from Oman who has published novels, short stories, and children’s books. She also pursued an academic career, including serving as an associate professor at the College of Arts and Social Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat. She began writing her novel “Herrinnen des Mondes” while studying classical Arabic literature at the University of Edinburgh.
