Joanna Quinn

Joanna Quinn was born in London and grew up in Dorset in southwest England. She worked as a journalist for a local newspaper and for charitable organizations. She completed her debut novel, *The Theatre by the Shore*, during lockdown while unemployed and raising a child as a single parent. The novel was sold in ten countries and entered the UK bestseller list shortly after publication.
