Jeffrey Gitomer

Jeffrey Gitomer was an American sales trainer, consultant, and author. He conducted seminars and training programs for sales professionals and worked with international companies including Coca-Cola, BMW, Carlsberg, and IBM. As the author of books on sales and customer relationships, he sold more than eight million copies worldwide. His column “Sales Moves” appeared in more than 95 business newspapers and, according to publisher information, reached around four million readers weekly.
