Jay Dobyns

Jay Dobyns (born 1961) is a former football player and a graduate of the University of Arizona. He became known for a two-year assignment as an undercover agent for the U.S. ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives), during which he investigated the American Hells Angels.
