Jason Hickel

Jason Hickel is an anthropologist. He was born in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) and spent several years in South Africa, where he researched the social consequences of apartheid. He is affiliated with the London School of Economics and focuses particularly on global inequality, degrowth, and ecological approaches to economics.
