Jarrett Melendez

Jarrett Melendez is an American comics and cookbook author as well as a food journalist. He worked as a professional chef and published the fully illustrated cookbook “The Comic Kitchen.” His comics work includes “CHEF’S KISS,” and he contributed to the Ringo Award-nominated books “All We Ever Wanted,” “Full Bleed,” and “Murder Hobo: Chaotic Neutral.” His articles have appeared in publications including “Bon Appétit” and “Food52.” Melendez grew up in Bucksport, Maine.
