Jaroslav Kalfar

Jaroslav Kalfar was born and raised in Prague. At the age of fifteen, he moved to the United States. He studied literature, politics, and European history, and subsequently earned a master’s degree in creative writing at a New York university. His debut novel, A Brief History of the Bohemian Space Age, was his first novel.
