Janina Kugel

Janina Kugel was born in Stuttgart in 1970. After studying economics in Mainz and Verona, she initially worked for an international management consultancy. She subsequently joined Siemens AG, where she held various positions in Germany and abroad. From 2015 until early 2020, she served as a member of the company’s management board responsible for human resources. After leaving Siemens, she worked as a supervisory board member and senior adviser. Kugel is the mother of twins.
